LABOR & SOCIAL SECURITY

Our Labor and Social Security team is mainly focused on two aspects: the first one which we know as Labor Service and responds to aspects like prevention of labor contingencies. The second, known as Labor Action, focuses its attention on litigations and labor conflicts.

Labor Service

We focus on the prevention of labor contingencies through the preparation of a labor structure that fits the needs of every company. We arrange legal audits for our clients, which allow us to know their specific needs and work risks.

We negotiate and prepare individual and collective employment contracts, union contracts, internal working regulations, as well as the creation and functioning of the different commissions that every company is obligated to have.

We negotiate and formalize the necessary legal acts to arrange the work structure according to our client’s needs, such as: management substitutions, modification, suspension or termination of individual or collective employment relationships and its ratification before the Labor Authorities.

Labor Action

We attend and follow administrative appointments and inspections carried out by the Labor Authorities in the local and federal field.

We have vast experience in individual litigation before the Local or Federal Conciliation and Arbitration Board. We offer our clients prompt detection of any lawsuit filed against them, seeking to prevent added damages or contingencies.

In the collective matter, we conduce negotiations or terminations of collective employment contracts and we represent them in collective conflicts, such as strike warnings, strikes and collective contracts ownership lawsuits.
