In like manner, there’s the possibility of needing to collect some type of sensitive information: bank statements, information regarding your financial situation and private information related to your family or health situation, which will only and exclusively happen when is strictly necessary to offer you our services.

PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING

The ARCO rights petition must include the following information: i) full name; ii) denomination or business name, if applies; iii) email address; iv) phone number; v) the personal data you want to access, rectify, cancel or object to, and vi) the reason why you’re making this ARCO rights petition. There will be a 15 working days period to answer to your request.

In case you have requested access to your personal data, we’ll provide a simple relation of the data we have at our disposal. This copy can be sent through electronic means or traditional mail within the period previously described.
